- Ten days have elapsed since the day the decedent passed away.
- Must be filed in the local probate court where the decedent resided at the time of death.
How to Write a Oklahoma Small Estate Affidavit Form
First of all, fill in the county in Oklahoma where the decedent resided and the name of the affiant at the top of the form. Enter the affiant’s relation to the decedent and the decedent’s full name in Section 1 of the form and make sure to attach a certified copy of the death certificate.
