How to Write a Washington Small Estate Affidavit Form
First of all, fill in the county in Washington State at the top of the form. Enter the decedent’s name in the heading of the affidavit and write the successor’s name just below. Attach a certified copy of the death certificate to the affidavit. Make sure sixty days have elapsed since the decedent’s passing before getting the affidavit notarized.
